This second edition focuses on a description of the single-subject research model as it is used in applied research, as well as on more general issues arising from such work. Three-hundred articles on these topics have been published in JABA from 1968 through 1999, and 67 articles dealing with conceptual and methodological issues are reprinted here. This represents a significant increase from the 49 articles in the first edition as well as a noticeable change in content.
