full-time students; $30 for individuals (personal use only); and $90 for
institutions. Subscribers outside the U.S. should add $12 per year for postage (Air
service).

For both journals, a subscription to the online edition accompanies that to the printed version. However, the database system we use permits
optimal library access only if the institution uses IP addresses that are
configured with DNS names, as reverse lookups for the numbers. Consult the

Individual issues of either journal cost $20 postpaid and back volume prices are available upon request.
